Taekwondo is a fun and safe Korean Martial Art carefully designed to inspire personal excellence through physical fitness, self defence, and mind-body control. Taekwondo is great for preschoolers, children, and adults as it offers many benefits for everyone. Join Tony Kook, a certified Master Instructor, in classes that promise to leave you sweating, smiling, and learning! Parents are welcome to watch. Additional fees are payable to instructor for uniform and $65.00 for testing. (For yellow to red belts). Please Note: No Class on 18 June 2026 (North Shore Senior's Health Expo)
