Taekwondo is a fun and safe Korean Martial Art carefully designed to inspire personal excellence through physical fitness, self defence, and mind-body control. Taekwondo is great for preschoolers, children, and adults as it offers many benefits for everyone. Join Tony Kook, a certified Master Instructor, in classes that promise to leave you sweating, smiling, and learning! Parents are welcome to watch. Additional fees are payable to instructor for uniform and testing. (For brown to black belt). Please Note: No Class on 18 June 2026 (North Shore Senior's Health Expo)
