Taekwondo is a fun and safe Korean Martial Art carefully designed to inspire personal excellence through physical fitness, self defence, and mind-body control. Taekwondo is great for preschoolers, children, and adults as it offers many benefits for everyone. Join Tony Kook, a certified Master Instructor, in classes that promise to leave you sweating, smiling, and learning! Parents are welcome to watch. Please note: Additional fees are directly payable to instructor for uniform and $65.00 for testing. (For green to red belts) No Class on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (Truth and Reconciliation day), Monday 12 October 2026 (Thanksgiving) and Wednesday 11 November 2026 (Remembrance Day)
