About this program

This hands-on workshop will have the group working together to make a large batch of kimchi. We’ll guide you through the full process, from salting the vegetables to seasoning and finishing the ferment, while also covering the basics of fermentation. Your kimchi can be enjoyed fresh the next day or left to ferment on your counter for a tangier flavour over time. No special equipment is needed. Adults 19+ & children 12+yrs accompanied by an adult are able to attend. Please ensure child is registered.
