Celebrate the Moon Festival with Hong Kong-born, CBC Vancouver-featured chef Abraham Wong. In this hands-on 2-hour class, you'll make traditional Cantonese mooncakes from scratch — filled with lotus paste, black sesame, or milky custard, each with a salted egg yolk. All ingredients, molds, gloves, and take-home boxes included. No experience needed. All participants must be age 12 years and over, and registered. All participants under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
