MindFuel's Genius Hour: Vibe Coding

About this program

Youth will explore the world of AI and coding through MindFuel's Genius Hour, where creativity meets cutting-edge tech. Youth will broaden their knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools to generate images, apps, games and websites, all with text prompting. They will learn the key concepts of coding without needing to code, as well as be able to share creations with others to try. This 2-part session is an introductory workshop, no prior experience needed. All software used is free and accessible with a gmail account. MindFuel delivers hands-on, real-world innovation experiences that build the skills and confidence youth need to turn ideas into impact. What to Bring: a laptop with power cord (also available to borrow during the class), a gmail account to create free accounts on Canva.com, a water bottle, and snacks.
