About this program

Mindful Movement and making is a class for caregivers and their babies to move, connect, and create together. This gentle class focuses on slow, mindful movement, stretching, and creative expression — all designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, lower stress, and deepen the bond with your little one. Babies are always welcome to participate in their own way, creating a shared experience of presence and connection. Each class ends with a mindful art activity, such as Zentangles or watercolor doodles-no art experience needed, just curiosity and presence. Come as you are. Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Connect with yourself, your baby, and a supportive community of mamas. Age requirement for babies accompanying a parent in this class are 0-12 mths. No class Nov 11. Refund Policy: A prorated refund is available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided.
