About this program

Minds in Motion® is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early-stage dementia along with a family member, friend or other care partner. The program is offered in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of B.C. Gentle exercises are followed by social activities designed to be enjoyed in pairs. Light refreshments are provided. Care partners must attend. This session of Minds in Motion® will be instructed in English.
