Hong Kong-born, CBC Vancouver-featured chef Abraham Wong teaches the full traditional baked mooncake - golden lotus-seed paste, salted egg yolk, and the classic wooden mold that presses each pattern by hand. Cantonese culinary heritage meets hands-on technique. All ingredients and equipment provided. Each participant takes home what they make. Ages 16+.
