Hong Kong-born, CBC Vancouver-featured chef Abraham Wong leads a relaxed, all-seated seniors workshop making traditional baked mooncakes - golden lotus-seed paste, salted egg yolk, and the classic wooden mold. An unhurried pace with stories, conversation, and the cultural history behind every step. All ingredients and equipment provided. Each participant takes home what they make.
