Designed for all experience levels, these sessions use the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes to calm the mind, release stress, and promote inner balance. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down. Drop-in $25 + GST
