Take a pause from your busy week and immerse yourself in our weekly Sound Bath & Reiki Meditation sessions. Open to all experience levels, these restorative sessions blend the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes with Reiki to calm the mind, release stress, and support emotional balance and overall wellbeing. As you lie comfortably and let waves of sound wash over you, ease into deep relaxation and create space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Each intuitively guided session features a 60-minute sound bath meditation followed by a 30-minute Reiki session, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. Drop-in $25 + GST
