About this program
Designed for those who have taken the Osteofit Level 1 classes and are comfortable with Osteofit techniques. This exercise program is similar in design and concept to Level 1 but geared towards the more advanced participant. This class focusses on building strength and improving balance. OsteoFit for Life is a program developed by the BC Women's Hospital & Health Centre's osteoporosis program. Drop-in $9. Max two drop-in's if space permits. No session Nov 11.
