Paint in the Park: Nature Up Close - An Acrylic Workshop

About this program

Did you know that landscapes and other vistas aren’t your only subject-matter options when painting plein air? Rather than focusing on a panoramic scene, this outdoor workshop will concentrate on the smaller elements that make up the views. We will be using acrylic paint to hone in and highlight the details and beauty of leaves, seeds, stones and other natural elements that make up this environment. All supplies will be provided including an easel, no previous artistic experience is required. The location is in a temporary enclosure visible from the south parking lot of Como Lake Park. Please dress accordingly, you may wish to bring a water bottle and hat.
