About this program

Move with your baby! Each class includes walking, light cardio drills, strength training, and a deep stretch. Baby-wearing and stroller friendly. Baby must be comfortable in the carrier or stroller for the duration of the class. Please bring a water bottle, stroller and/or carrier.
