About this program

Parent & baby yoga classes are joyful classes for birthing parents & new babies to bond over gentle reintroduction to yoga & movement. Explore mindful yoga asanas, breathing exercises & meditation to decrease stress & tension, while your baby is stimulated physically, emotionally & socially. This class is open to pre-crawling babies & parent. Moms that are 6 weeks post delivery with doctor or midwife's clearance.
