About this program

The first 4 shots sets the stage for everything that follows. In this class, you'll learn the purpose of each shot & how to use them to gain control of the point. We'll cover the serve, return, 3rd & 4th shot, focusing on shot selection, positioning and strategy. It is NOT necessary to purchase a paddle for this class. Paddles, balls & equipment will be provided. If you are unable to make the first day, please contact Coach Mona at 778-908-2878. Mona is a certified professional instructor of the IPTPA (International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association) as well as course facilitator for Pickleball Canada’s Coaching Education program. She currently coaches players of all ages; skill levels teaching specific strokes; strategies; shot selections; providing feedback to improve. She is an active member of the VPA (Vancouver Pickleball Association).
