About this program

Not every ball should be attacked. In this class, you’ll learn how to recognize attacking opportunities, when to slow the game down, and how to make high-percentage shots at the kitchen line. Learn how to use both attacking volleys & resets to gain control of the rally – more rallies & less unforced errors. It is NOT necessary to purchase a paddle for this class.
