This class introduces essential Pilates principles through pre-Pilates and beginner exercises, with progressions offered for more experienced participants. You’ll improve balance, posture, core stability, and mobility in a supportive, inclusive space designed for all bodies and abilities. Perfect for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and build a lasting foundation for lifelong movement. Please arrive 10 minutes early for the first class to fill out a medical form. Drop in $25.
