Players Program 2026 The Burnaby Golf Players Program is an annual program designed to reward the guests who value and are committed to playing at our Burnaby Golf Courses. This program rewards Burnaby’s regular customers with a reduced overall cost of playing at our facilities as well as benefit of booking ease for your desired tee time and being a part of this unique and exciting opportunity! Cost: $200 per person Benefits: 5% discounted green fees throughout the year. Off Season - Monday to Sunday Regular Season - Monday to Thursday (excludes: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Stats holidays). 20 Advance bookings in advance of the regular pre-bookings (value of up to $200) ie: book 1 tee time for 4 golfers, this would take 4 advance bookings off of your 20 advanced bookings - leaving 16 on your account) 25% off all regular price apparel & hat purchases 1 Burnaby Golf Players Hat Program fine print: The Players Program runs from January 1 to December 31 of the same year. There is no cash value or refunds available to any of the Players’ benefits. Benefits of the Players Program are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to other golfers or family members. Based on availability, the 20 Advance Bookings can be made one day in advance) of the 30-day pre-booking window (31 days in advance) by calling the Burnaby Golf Call Centre between 9:30 am and 4 pm. Once booked, all Advance tee time bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. The 5% green fee discount applies only to the applicable Player Member’s green fee rate at the time of play and not to the green fees of any other member within the booking party. If a member is a senior, the 5% discount will be applied to the members senior rate on eligible days. The 25% apparel discount applies only to the regular priced stock of wearable items. This would include hats, shirts, bottoms, socks, and footwear. The 25% apparel discount does not apply to gloves, balls, clubs or accessories. The Players Golf Hat is a special hat that is only available to Players Members and will not be available to purchase by the general public. Renewal of the Players Program is contingent on the Participant playing a minimum of 50 rounds at either or both Burnaby Mountain and Riverway Golf courses. Renewals will not be offered to those playing less than 50 rounds per calendar year. This is only available for the first 300 people who register.
