Jessica Harrison is a mother, elementary school teacher, former education assistant, and postpartum doula with a passion for supporting mothers through the postpartum transition. Through both her professional and personal experiences, she has become deeply passionate about creating gentle, community-centered spaces where mothers feel seen, supported, and less alone. Jessica’s approach focuses on emotional wellbeing, nourishment, connection, and practical support during early motherhood. She is the founder of Freya Postpartum Care, a Vancouver-based postpartum support practice rooted in warmth, compassion, and community care. No class Nov 11.
