About this program

In this five-day ceramics camp, try your hand at throwing on a wheel. Experiment and have fun with this messy artistic challenge. Learn how to wedge clay, center it, and shape a clay cylinder. Students will be encouraged to focus on shape and technique development and only glaze and fire their best work. Students can also explore hand-building techniques such as slab and coil building.
