About this program

Designed for those who want to improve their speed, agility, power and control while getting a great workout! This course includes explosive acceleration, speed, skating efficiency, lengthening your stride, high velocity turns and pivots, driving to the net, explosive starts and dexterity all led by a qualified instructor. A CSA-approved hockey helmet and full hockey equipment are mandatory for all participants. Please bring your own stick. If you require skate rentals, please purchase a skate rental pass on or before the first day of lessons.
