Power Skating Skills

About this program

For ages 8-15 years. Program includes skills and drills that increase power and speed, agility and balance. Full equipment is required including; hockey skates, hockey stick, CSA approved hockey helmet with face cage, hockey gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin pads, athletic supports, hockey pants, hockey socks, neck guard and jersey. Prerequisite: Passed School Age Level 4 or an on-ice evaluation.
