About this program
The class aims to explore children's movement and motor skills by introducing the basic movements of aerobic gymnastics according to the children's developmental phase. Aerobic Gymnastics fuses mainstream Aerobic exercise sequences combined with creative and fun games and activities for the kids. Notebook and markers included. $25 drop in
