About this program

Focus on the overall physical development of children through artistic gymnastics. This program helps children build strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and body awareness in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Children get to practice floor routines, low balance beams, and recreational bars, all tailored to their age and skill level. What your child will learn: Fundamental movement and motor skills Balance and coordination (floor and low beam) Strength and flexibility Body control and spatial awareness Confidence and self-esteem Listening skills and discipline Teamwork and respect for others Persistence and a growth mindset (“I will try!”)
