About this program
Participants will develop balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and locomotion skills through age-appropriate exercises, obstacle courses, and engaging activities designed for their stage of development. Led by trained and experienced coaches, children are guided step by step as they learn essential gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumping, climbing, and basic routines on bars and beams.
