About this program

This class is a yoga practice that adapts simple yoga postures to the support and stability of a chair, allowing everybody access to the benefits of yoga. Suitable for people of all fitness levels, especially those who have difficulty getting down to and up off the floor. This is an entry level class. Customers with a 10 Visit Be Active Pass will be required to pay the drop-in rate at the time of registration for a reserve in advance activity. On the day of your drop-in activity, please visit the front desk to have this charge refunded and a visit taken from your 10 Visit Be Active Pass. Customers with a valid Annual, One Month or Recurring Monthly Be Active Pass will be registered at no charge. If you are unable to attend, please withdraw from the drop-in activity for the consideration to others. Withdraw online up until the day prior to the activity start date or contact a recreation facility prior to the start of the activity.
