The ice is matte finished so it is less slippery. Participants should where clean running shoes or boots with good tread. Children 6-8 years must attend with an adult. Equipment is supplied. Ice cleats are available for adult shoe sizes. A CSA-approved helmet and gloves (hockey or ski) are mandatory. Reserve in advance online or drop-in if spots are available. 2 days in advance for Burnaby residents. 1 day in advance for non-Burnaby residents. Space is limited.
