Join us as we adapt classical yoga postures with an emphasis on healing through gentle, supported postures. Improve your well-being through the release of tension and gentle realignment. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
