Rhythmic Dance (7-12yrs)

About this program

Rhythmic dance combines the grace of ballet and the strength of artistic gymnastics. Participants will learn basic body movements and apparatus technique using skipping ropes, hoops, balls and ribbons, while moving to various musical rhythms through play and games. This is a wonderful sport to test hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and rhythm. No session Oct 9.
