About this program

Self-defense and physical conditioning are emphasized in this contact-oriented style of Karate. Please visit www.fightingart.ca to find out more about our club. Uniform, punching gloves and shin/instep guards are required. If you are new to our karate class, look for the Beginner class in the Children's section in fall. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor. Controlled sparring. *Must have attended at least one term of children's class.* Program Details: • Program will take place in the Dojo room. • Students must come fully dressed in their dogi ready for class and must promptly leave in their dogi once the session is over. • Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts.
