Seiyu Karate - White Belt and White Stripe (No Beginner)

About this program

No class Aug 2 & 16 This class is not for beginners. If you are a beginner, please register for the “Karate - Beginner” class in fall. All students must have a white Karate uniform and must have trained with us for at least one season to register. Self-defence, discipline, and physical conditioning are emphasized in this Karate program. Uniform is required. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor. Uniform is required. Controlled sparring.
