About this program
Are you ready to embrace your inner strength and make your safety a priority? Empower yourself with our exclusive self defense summer camp! Our experienced instructors will guide the students through practical self defense techniques drawing from a blend of effective martial arts disciplines such as Taekwondo, Hapkito, BJJ and Krav Maga. This camp will also include afternoon outdoor games, sports, activities and adventures in the Dunbar Memorial Park. This camp is open to new students as well as experienced. Please bring lunch, water bottle and towel to camp.
