Build confidence, keep fit, improve grades and bully proof with the most effective self-defense program available! Kids learn realistic street safety and effective self-defense in a fun and cooperative environment. Instructors teach striking, ground protection, weapons safety, escapes (grabbed/pinned), rolls, falling, pad hitting and more. Waiver form to be completed for participation.
