Join Ballet BC’s Manager of Education & Engagement, Marco Esccer, for a gentle, imaginative class that nurtures presence, curiosity, and embodied awareness. Inspired by Ballet BC’s artistic process, this class blends guided improvisation, somatic prompts, and playful exploration—offering seniors a fun and supportive space that fosters wellness, encourages reflection, and celebrates the creative potential within each participant. This is not a ballet class, but rather a creative movement and expression-based class where seniors’ access needs are thoughtfully considered. No dance experience required. Presented by Ballet BC Education & Engagement and supported by False Creek Community Association.
