Offered in a small group setting with individualized support, this program begins with baseline testing to help you set goals. Trainers then set targets with a focus on building whole-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, movement efficiency, flexibility, and more. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
