Learn the traditional Hong Kong art of baked mooncake making with CBC Vancouver-featured instructor Abraham Wong, with cultural storytelling on Mid-Autumn's significance woven throughout. Seated stations, comfortable pace, step-by-step guidance. All ingredients, recipe cards, and a take-home box included.
