Shorinji Kempo is a sophisticated Japanese martial art that uses physics and pressure points to increase one strength. We strive for a non-competitive, safe, and comfortable atmosphere. We have clubs in 33 countries , so you can train and meet other members worldwide. Shorinji Kempo teaches that the essence of budo martial arts is not to fight and defeat enemies but, to stop fighting between people.
