Shotokan Karate will teach Kihon (basic blocks, punches and kicks), Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring) to men and women. Annual membership is required and can be purchased from the instructor. Drop-ins welcome with instructor approval $6.76. vancouvershotokan.ca No session May 18, July 1, and Aug 3.
