Join a warm, welcoming, safe space where mothers come together for the therapeutic benefits of singing and music. Its more than just music, singing is clinically proven to boost mood, release happy hormones, and support postpartum well-being. This unique class is designed to nurture connection, relaxation and bonding with your baby (max age 24 months) and other moms, caregivers, grandmas who are going through similar changes and stages of life with no judgment. It truly takes a village. Absolutely NO prior singing experience necessary. Come sing, connect, and embrace the journey of motherhood with us!
