Skate - Tot and Parent Hockey*

About this program

Let's play hockey! Parents and or guardians (on skates) and their child(ren) learn to play hockey together. Program teaches fundamental hockey and skating skills and each session concludes with a fun scrimmage. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Tot Level 1 or by drop in assessment during public skates. Tots and parents must be able to stand, balance and move forward independently on skates the width of the arena in order to participate . Must complete current class prior to registering for next set. Required equipment: All participants including adults require CSA approved helmet. and helmet with face cage mandatory for Tots. Supplied equipment: All participants supplied if required: stick, skates and helmet as rentals included in program fee, hockey gloves available for Tots only.
