About this program

Spend 9 weeks working with words and images in this innovative program co-taught by an author and an artist. Aspiring or experienced writers and artists will find this series offers a safe, fun and inventive place to explore creativity. Each week we'll focus on some creative element, so you might emerge with a weekly discrete piece or fashion such "pieces" into an illustrated narrative of some kind. There's plenty of room for individual flair and goals. One or both art forms might be entirely new to you. Or you may be looking for ways to renew your knowledge in writing or visual arts. Or you might just want a weekly dedicated time to devote to exploring your craft. Our goal is to create a unique creative community that celebrates story in its many forms.
