A no-bake snow-skin mooncake workshop for kids and families. Hong Kong-born, CBC Vancouver-featured chef Abraham Wong guides participants through making soft mochi mooncakes in three flavours: milky custard, strawberry, and red bean. No oven, no kitchen needed — everything done right at the tables. All ingredients, tools, and take-home boxes provided. Each participant takes home what they make.
