About this program

***Parent/Caregiver Participation Required*** A gentle Mommy & Me program for new parents, caregivers, and babies. Sound to Sleep is a calming sound meditation experience designed to support bonding, nervous system regulation, and deeper, more restful sleep for both parent/caregiver and baby. Through soothing voice, therapeutic sound frequencies, and a peaceful, welcoming environment, participants are invited to relax together while connecting with a supportive and inclusive community of new parents and caregivers. Nursing, feeding, soothing, and sleeping are all welcome throughout the session. Presented in partnership with Healing Sounds.
