About this program

A low intensity series focused on improving balance, strength, mobility, and increasing gross and fine motor skills. Class takes place in water depth that is customized to individuals need.  New participants must bring a caregiver to assist in the pool until approval is obtained by the class instructor(s). Caregivers must stay within arm’s reach of the participant at all times.
