Stand Up, Speak Out: Encouraging Young Men to Stand Up to Sexual Violence This hour long presentation tackles various aspects of masculinity and how young men can contribute to preventing sexual violence in Canada. It is delivered to youth in grades 8–12 as a candid conversation about sexual violence, consent, rape culture and victim blaming, the societal costs of toxic masculinity, positive role-models, and more. It also gives youth essential bystander intervention strategies so that they can step up to gender-based violence and help break the cycle of silence surrounding this issue. Registration is required.
