Space Permitting – Drop-in $25 No class Aug 3 Level 1 introduces the fundamentals including proper stance, footwork, basic punches, and defensive movements while incorporating boxing-specific conditioning to improve overall fitness and confidence. This non-contact class is led by a Boxing Canada certified coach and focuses on building coordination, balance, and foundational boxing skills in a supportive environment suitable for all fitness levels. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out for participants before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor.
