About this program

Space Permitting – Drop-in $25 No class Aug 3 Level 2 is designed for participants who have completed Level 1 or have prior boxing experience. This program focuses on refining technique, executing advanced punch combinations, improving movement, and enhancing endurance through challenging drills, partner work, and controlled skill application. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out for participants before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor.
