Space Permitting – Drop-in $25 No class Oct 12 Level 1 introduces students to the fundamentals of boxing including proper stance, footwork, basic punches, and defensive movements while emphasizing boxing-specific conditioning workouts that build strength, endurance, and confidence. This non-contact class is led by a Boxing Canada certified coach and blends skill development with fun, high-energy drills designed to improve coordination, focus, and overall fitness. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out for participants before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor.
